This Gesha coffee has an origin cup score of 92. That is an exceptional score for any coffee. But, is common for the Gesha or Geisha coffee verity. The coffee has notes of orange zest, rose him and floral lemon. This is a pour over, French press, or espresso coffee. This is a special coffee, for coffee drinkers that have experience with high end verities.

But a bountiful fruitiness on the finish

This is not a coffee for drip coffee machines. We suggest pour over, French press, or espresso. These brewing methods bring out the best of this origin and variety.

Best Ratios:

1/16 for French Press and Pour Over coffee. Always weigh the coffee and water for consistency in every cup.

18g For espresso makes a reliably delicious espresso shot. 16g will give you a bit more brightness in the cup. 20g is a bold cup that makes amazing Lattes and or Cappuccinos.  Stick to a 1 to 1 or a 1 to 3 ration on the shot. 

Cold Brew: Steep at room temperature, for 12 to 18 hours at a 1 to 1 ratio.
